Bridlington Golf Festival has been going for 20 years. The Bridlington Golf Festival in 2015 will be the 21st.  It is based at Bridlington Belvedere Golf Club.  Competition matches are also organised at Flamborough Head and Bridlington Links Golf Clubs.  The popularity and awareness of the Festival has been increasing over the years with 2014 being the largest and most successful yet.

Bridlington Golf Festival May 4th to 9th 2015

May day Bank Holiday in 2015 once again rings the starting bell for the Bridlington Golf Festival 2015.   The opening matches being played on the first day at all three courses.  The opening day is for Gents Teams, Ladies Teams and at Flamborough Head Golf Club is the day for the Juniors to be in the lime light.

The 2014 event was pinacled with a magnificent Three hole-in-ones.  two of these were at Flamborough Head Golf Club and the third being at Bridlington Belvedere Golf Club.

At the end of the Bridlington Golf Festival 2014 Anthony Howarth, the Festival organiser said “The week was once again a resounding success and so many people helped throughout the week.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of them on behalf of the Bridlington Golf Festival Committee”

During the Bridlington Golf Festival there will be over 2,500 competitive rounds and over 1 million shots made. All in all it is a massive event and a massive week in the North of England Golf Calendar.  In 2014 the winners of the many and numerous competitions throughout the week came from as far afield as Manchester and St Helens.

With all of the Golf Courses in and around Bridlington being of such magnificent quality you can not fail but to enjoy your golf here in East Yorkshire.
